Our real bearded Santa has many years of experience under his Santa belt which makes your personal visit one your whole family will enjoy and remember for years to come! Jingles or Mrs. Claus accompany Santa for present distribution, picture taking and fun activities that involve the whole family. Laughter and unforgettable memories are guaranteed!

A questionnaire is available for personal home visits that is filled out to ensure the wonderment of your family and friends along with detailed information about specific entertainment expectations. We cater to every age and occasion!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW

Gifts / Presents : Make sure any gifts that are going to be distributed are CLEARLY labeled with names on them.

Lights On: Please make sure to have any porch lights or driveway lights on for easier finding of your residence. It is sometimes difficult to find addresses in the evening hours.

Parking: We would appreciate a parking space a few doors down from our location of visit. Please alert your neighbors with your intentions.

Pets: We love animals and photograph with them often, as they too are also members of your family. If you have a pet that is protectant of your home, we ask that you place them in another room while we are there for our safety. Sometimes our clothing and appearance can be frightening for them and we want to be assured it doesn't prohibit our quality of your entertainment.

Payment: Your payment is not due until the night of the visit. Please place cash into a sealed envelop marked "Mrs. Claus's Cookie Recipe", to ensure that the younger children don't see the business side of this memorable entertainment we've created for you and your family.

Tips are gladly accepted, however, please no passing of money in front of any children. Use discretion and privacy.

Directions: Advise will be asked upon a week before the arrival date.

Confirmation Call: You will be called upon the week before the arrival date to touch base with you and go over the information we requested. Last minute changes of the number of children, etc. is not a problem with us and we are experienced enough to go with the "Santa Flow".

Any questions or concerns you have should be discussed at this time to allow little interruptions of quality time with your family.
